This ITE taster day is only open to staff and students on a Primary QTS programme (BAPE PGCE and PTS).

Detailed Description

This is a self-funded event and has been organised in conjunction with Wilder Doddington at Doddington Hall. The visit will provide trainee primary teachers with experience of organising and running an outdoor learning school visit; including consideration of risk assessments and planning and delivery of a visit.

Students will need to make their own way to the venue (Doddington Hall, LN6 4RU) and organise own lunch/refreshments. This is an outdoor event and appropriate clothing, and footwear is needed to suit the weather and terrain.
